I don't like the item.
You have the right to return an item for 14 days from receipt of the package if an item does not meet your expectations. (Details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.) Please contact our customer service team by email, who will inform you about the next steps.
The package I received is damaged.
Please contact the nearest post office immediately. Damage to post packages must be reported by the customer within 8 days after delivery to the post office. If your damage report is justified, you will receive a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

If the damage to the delivery is reported outside this period, there is no right to compensation.
What should I do in warranty cases?
Is the product defective? Please send our customer service team photos and a brief description of the issue. We will then ask you to return your order to us so that we can review it with the manufacturer in question. We will do our best to exchange the item on warranty. If the review of the item shows that no warranty coverage applies in this case, we will inform you of the reasons for this.
